Exclusive architecture by optimization of partial stages

Truck architecture with three dedicated zones: Picking, Working station, Driving.
Driving zone: Front driving position provides the best visibility on the market.
Work station: The picking list is always in view of the operator for route saving and fatigue free picking - a guarantee for lower error ratio.
Picking zone: Working station directly adjoins picking zone of trucks, greatly reducing distance needing to be covered by operator.

Effective performance

Ac motor: The 3kW motor delivers full power to give 13% gradeability and safe starting on up-gradients without rollback. Acceleration can be adjusted to the requirements of every application and to the load carried.
Brakes: The order pickers brake automatically on releasing the travel switch, without consuming any energy in the process. Electromagnetic safety brake acting proportionally to the load is applied on pressing the emergency stop button or vacating the platform

Be ahead at the start

The wide low-step entry to the driving compartment reduces the amount of step-up by the operator. The full-suspension platform softens vibration. Its area serves as a deadman zone and is covered with a soft, non-skid rubber mat providing higher standing comfort.
Adjustability: A backrest and an optional height adjustment handlebars accommodate any operator"s body size, affording excellent comfort & support on long transport runs and when cornering.
Handlebars: Effortless power steering is fitted as standard. Positive steering feedback results in greater efficiency on straight pick runs and helps to keep the truck precisely on track.

Safety comes as standard

Visibility: The unique location of the driving position at the front enables optimum visibility of the working environment for the operator, reducing risks of accidents or collisions for a safe driving.

Protection: The solid front shield contributes to the operator's sense of security. Ergonomic design of the handlebars ensures full protection for the operator"s hands.
Intuitive operation: Proportional power-assisted steering managed by the Linde controller, delivering confident steering "feel" to the operator and reducing truck speed for safe cornering.

Optimum energy efficient systems

Order pickers are offered with a wide selection of battery capacity.
Optional side change (right of left) is available and includes a dedicated locking system that maintains the battery securely inside its compartment. Easy access to the batteries facilitates rapid battery checking and changing.

Linde - your reliable service partner

Can Bus connectivity: All truck data are immediately accessible for the service engineer by plugging into the on-board diagnostic port. Setting parameters and preventive maintenance are carried out quickly and easily.
Moisture- and dust-proof motor: AC drive technology incorporated in the new order pickers does not require any maintenance. Rapid and convenient access to all components is provided by simply removing the front panel.

Order picker with fork lift: N20 L/Li

For more convenience and comfort, the N20 L/Li enables to lift the forks at the height of the operator for his picks (fatigue is reduced, no more back ache).
The Li-version has initial lift to provide more ground clearance for operation on ramps and when travelling over uneven floor.
With the N20 Li, the operator can organize his picks on 2 levels (possibility to stake his preparation).
OptiLift®: The OptiLift® control is implemented on the rear of the seat for a precise and comfortable access. The pump is instantly controlled through a controller. It measures efficiently the power needed by the operator, with no waste of energy and a low noise level.
